Partner FAQ

Who can be in the Partner Program?

The Minemax Partner Program is intended for product resellers, consultants and integrators who directly use Minemax solutions to provide services to others or install Minemax solutions stand-alone or as part of an integrated solution.

Competencies

Available competencies are:

  • Minemax Scheduler
  • Tempo
  • iGantt

Available competency levels are:

  • Silver
  • Gold

To attain a competency requires project work from at least 3 projects to be submitted for evaluation to the Minemax Technical Services Manager. The principal individuals who performed the work for each project will be named. The work will be evaluated and technical questions will be posed to the respective principals. The results of the evaluation will determine the competency level awarded, if any.

To maintain a competency level, the partner must be licensed for the related software solution and continue to provide services using the Minemax solution with at least one certified principal. Should they no longer have any certified principals, they must reapply for the competency.
