Business Development Manager

Reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibility will be the sales and marketing of our optimization and scheduling software used in over 30 countries worldwide. Our success in this field has led to our next-generation enterprise scheduling solution, Minemax Tempo. Your role includes successfully brings this exciting new offering to the resources sector.

Your sales skills include a unique ability to form close relationships with people, to really understand your clients’ needs, and excellent persuasive abilities both in person and in print. You understand the value of effective marketing and can implement successful initiatives to support your sales efforts.

You will have solid experience in mining software sales and be well equipped in the strategic selling process. You have a strategic mindset and understand the challenges of business to business sales in the mining industry both in Australia and overseas. You are hardworking, results focused, goal orientated, highly self motivated and dedicated to your own personal success.

Deployment and Integration Consultant

You will be responsible for the successful deployment of Minemax Tempo software solutions at customer sites. Working with Minemax mining engineers and software engineers, you will deliver client-driven solutions using Minemax Tempo software for integrated mine planning. You will be comfortable in a client facing role consulting to provide definition for integration architectures, solutions and requirements. You will also provide advice and lead projects in the management of integration technology and solutions.

You will be familiar with mining systems including

  • Production Recording
  • Dispatch
  • Inventory Management
  • Maintenance Scheduling (ERP)
